Terms of Service

By accessing or using Tripsi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Tripsi provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. Plans are delivered electronically via QR codes for installation on compatible devices. We act as a reseller of eSIM services provided by third-party network operators.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a compatible eSIM-enabled device to use our services. You are responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.

All purchases are final once an eSIM has been provisioned and delivered. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information.

eSIMs must be activated within the validity period specified in the plan details. Data allowances, validity periods, and coverage areas are as described at the time of purchase. Unused data does not roll over unless explicitly stated.

Refunds may be issued for eSIMs that fail to activate due to technical issues on our end. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are available for partially used plans or plans that have expired.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share, resell, or transfer eSIM plans to third parties without authorization.

Tripsi is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by third-party operators. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected plan.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
